What did you do to your Gen 1 today?
But wait, there's more!
There's my grandfathers 1959 Custom Royal too! He was a Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler, DeSoto salesman after the war until he retired. He sold the '59 to a lady who brought it back after a couple days because it was too big. He liked it so he kept it...

Did the interior get flooded?
I'm not sure really. It was on the higher part of the barn though. The CTD and RC were in the lowest part. Water definitely got to it but not sure how deep. My brother said the interior was dry when he checked it after the water went down and there was no sign of mildew or smell. Vehicles and he had dozens, weren't on our immediate list once the flood waters receded...
Today
Today I removed the ecm and shipped it out to be refurbished. Then just a bunch of engine cleaning while she's down. I need to sand the top lip around perimeter of roof. The only place that has rust on the truck. ECM was messing with me. No Charge, No Tach, No wait to start and No A/C
Don't worry about it nonrev. My brother took them and sent them to me and I know nothing about how to manipulate them... It's just ones of us driving them out of the barn. Nice sounds though! Thanks again for your troubles.

I need to do some Rustoleum rusty metal primer on my cab roof. Its a club cab. Not sure how to be comfortable going up there to accomplish the job My almost 69yo body ain't what it was.
Drove her home in the rain with no wipers.
It's FINALLY raining here and I reckon it confused the wipers enough to give up the ghost about half way home.
At least now I can convert to the JDG Designs bushings that I bought a while back now.

I'm glad you got some rain down that way! The drought map makes it look bad in KY.
I use the Rain X washer fluid, just in case my wipers quit. At least then, I have a sporting chance to see the road a little bit.

They need to give that weather a break here in TN. Can't get my truck back on the road.
I took some overpriced off brand wheel cylinders to my truck 50mi away. Dropped 2 gallons of gear lube there too. Maybe tomorrow and Monday we can get out and finish the brakes.
