Was disappointed when it lead nowhere...

Not to mention, I shouldn't be subjected to reviewing a KDP write up that is with a 2nd gen 12V P-pump motor.

Are you saying that the P-7100 write up will not work on a VE motor.

Are there more parts involved. less please explain.
I can see removing windsheild washer fluid & Coolant recovery tanks. I may want to clean them.

The write up is fine with some minor differences regarding the steps. I have the 1st Gen TST kit and spoke with one of their staff on the phone previously. The 2nd gen 12V tab itself is a different shape due to the notch or curve difference in the tab area (different kit/part number for the 2nd gen 12V). Some minor differences in items needing to be removed such as resevoirs, etc.

 

I cant really see any difference. Ive done both VE and P-7100 the procedure the same.
Didn't know they sold different tabs for each configuration.

Different tabs (one is notched, one isin't. Different casting shape in that area)

 

I cant believe it. Whats next. Then to top it off 65bucks for a 44$ seal at NAPA and 5$ of glue. Whats the tab for? take center punch and punch all around the pin hole, make the exit hole smaller.

 

Dont the timing case bolts or whatever come loose as well from what I have read loc-tite them all

I changed the fluid in my trans, t-case and both axles. Found a couple broken teeth in the rear end. Gonna see what all I need to change to go from my 354 to a 410.

 

Don't you think your rushing into things swapping out that tire? Just put some fix a flat in and get 5 more years out of it

 

Mine is in the shop getting a new rocker and floor on the driver's side and cab mount on the left. They we're going to look at the windshield frame at the top and the drip rail. I've ordered new carpet.
