Extended Cab Bench Seat

Finally got around to installing an extended cab seat in my 92 club cab. Certainly won't fit adults, but it will be great for kiddos.

Looks good. Got to be way more comfortable than those jump seats! What's it out of?

Thanks, KRB. It turned out great and huge improvement over the jump seats! It's from a 97-98 F150 and fitment is almost perfect, plus allows use of their OEM bracket for bolting to our 1st gen floor.

Too many tools, spare parts, ratchet straps, and tow straps in that space for a seat in my truck.

I have pulled the 2 jump seats out and it is a flat spot for the dogs. Even makes s good long flat spot to sleep on a road trip or at car show and I am 6 ft 2.

Pulled the motor today, head gasket sprung a leak. Unfortunately only 300 miles after I completed my project.

Bummer! It was looking so good too. Hope you didn't add too many scratches.

I changed mine in the truck but the old chevy may not have as much room huh.

I am in Colombia right now. Saw a '56 1 ton Ford long bed stepside on a side street in Bogota. Needed paint, no dents. Many big flat nosed Dodges, lots. Few Chevies.

First gens everywhere. No rust! Many first gens with straight axles. I like that look!. Rolling in a cab or car. Too fast for pics. Motorcycles passing on the left and right running down the centerline.

That's a far piece from home! Work or pleasure?

At least those line runners are wearing helmets...

It is a long way from home. My neighbor introduced me to a Columbian woman last year when she was on vacation. We dated this past summer. I was going to leave last Thursday. Hurricane Milton told me to leave early as my connecting flight was out of Miami. 2 more days!

Neighbor just bought a condo in Bogota. Nice place. Bogota is nasty. His in-laws live there. He's been with his wife 8 years. Married 5. He's 64. She's 48. Treats him like a king.

My gal can retire from her accounting job soon. She treats me like a king. I'm 67, she's 55 almost 56.

Cool! It's always nice to mingle with another culture. Always puts things in a better perspective.

Congrats on the girlfriend!

Stay safe,

Actually she was promoted to fiancé. We work good together. Spanish word for engagement is "compromiso." Maybe I will export Cummins go fast parts to Columbia?
