today I cut about 6' off of this because it was the only one napa had in store with a turn-lock function. they also offer a 5 footer of the same variety, as well as many others in their catalog to choose from.

I thought initially that it was going to be a high idle set-up....but a manual shut down is good too. Well done!

high idle would be sweet too.... if I had a PTO

turns out I fudged something up on my manual kill lever and now at full pull it will not shut the engine off haha. so now im looking into that.

That would be lever travel on pump VS cable travel.

I think they look good on your truck. But I would be cautious of some upgrades as they have IMO the appearance of a shiny new button on a old shirt.

I'm gonna group everything I've done in the last 2 weeks into current just so I can join this thread. Replaced all u joints to greaseless spicers and swapped out my yokes at each end of the rear drive line with u bolt style yokes. Thought I was done till I had a mishap with my a/c low pressure hose snapping off at the threaded connection to the compressor so got that almost buttoned up. Saturday I'm going to a buddies house to pull a vac on the system then recharge it with R12. Rewrapped some of the cloth oem electrical harnesses with electrical rubber wrap to clean that up while I have components taken off so I can get to them once and for all. Going to attempt new spring bushings in about 4 hours for my front springs. Still have to find that faulted ground that causes my left turn to sporadically not work when it rains heavy. Greased up my zerks up at the front end. Then I have Xmas trees and decor to take down, and clean house. Gotta get this all done before wifey gets back home on noon Sunday!!

I saw a picture of a gooseneck trailer with a cab over camper and then space behind that to load a vehicle. Very cool setup. Pulling this one today home I didn't connect the brakes or sway bars and I couldn't tell it was even there.
