Same frame as the S510 just a 95mm vs 100mm compressor wheel, but according to the guy who owns the truck it is an S595 over an s471.
It has very short hotside plumbing, and looks to be fairly straight forward to replicate.
Tate, I have to get my head around the too cold for combustion theory? I don't think out loud here (and can be totally wrong) that the air is gonna be toasty (guessing 500 to 600 deg's F) that at 100 psi of boost. I'm guessing that you'll be 200 to 300 deg's when when you spray, prior to going into IC.
You could use a smaller air/air intercooler. We have to do some testing to determine the amount of NOS and location of where to spray. The trick is to get tons of air into the cylinder to burn all that fuel. The most efficency way makes the most HP. We just have to figure how to do it. I'm game to try stuff. The thermocouples are pretty cheap, the pressure devices aren't cheap but aren't real pricey. I have to figure out a cheap way to measure each turbo rotating speed. A few lite throttle burns around town on the way for ice cream would work.

Ill have the new engine sometime in October. I will try to have a few of the other things done, and maybe I can come down for a couple days so we can work on these turbos there,,, have to see how it all works out for everyone

Nice set-up, The first twin set-up will be fun to build air line into the intercooler. It can be done, but its gonna be painfull. There a shock tower right between the secondary and primary turbo. I didn't see any external gates on either set-up, so it makes to look pretty clean. The secert to get the primary to spool-up fully, you need to bypass the secondary turbo as at some point it will hinder top end power. A set of twin 50mm external gates would make the build more complex. We can try a set with no gates and one with gates, its just time.

I really like having the manifold charger low mount, and the atmospheric charger top mount. Better look and easier to do in my opinion. However from a weight stand point it is probably better to do it the other way around, keeping the weight as low as possible.
I'm guessing that the first twins set-up is using a S400 series turbo, sure looks like one anyways. I didn't see a internal gate or any external gates. The air IC tubing would be easier if the primary would sit down lower near the frame, but I bet then you'll have exhaust issues. I have a front frame clip off an 01 truck. So you can see how everything fits together. I'll take the picture down to the shop and spec out the turbos that where used. I would like to use a smaller turbine housing than that big primary, if possible. I think that its a S595 for a waukesha, for a 43L motor

That setup is the most simplistic from a fab stand point. Only issue would be room for the air filter, since the turbo is so far forward. But as long as a hood is being run, he's not required a filter.
