What did you do to your Gen 1 today?
I also run a small clear pre-lift pump canister type filter. Keep a spare one of those in the glove box as well. I like the clear ones because you can see the crud coming out of the tank.
Nothing going on with the crewcab recently, but I just finished burning through my 3rd tank of fuel since installing the 14cm hot sided turbo. I am averaging 20.5mpg per tank now, so up about 0.5-1.0mpg over the original 18.5cm unit.
So pretty happy with that! Might try turning the fuel screw in 1 turn and see how that effects things.

You cut the plastic fuel lines ?
How do you get them to seal ?
What brand of filter do you use ?
Por Favor ? Amigo....
One day I will install new line form the tank sender, to the lift pump, but for now the plastic line is working.

You just cut the original locking nubs off then? What bumper did you glue it too, a standard checker plated top chrome bumper?
That's exactly it.
Btw - I saw mileage improvements when I went to the 14cm turbo housing as well; I have it wastegated at 25psi. The fuel screw is turned in 2.5 turns, and it's just the skinny pedal that er affects mileage now ;-)

I figured you got it from Justin....I remembered him pulling the pad from one of the spare rear bumpers he had.
What does that say about us when you can remember other peoples parts inventory...

The 93' W250 won't start. Battery is fully charged, reading 12.6V or so, I can jump the starter with a pair of pliers and it runs (with the key on), battery voltage reads 13.9V running.
Pulled the connector for the relay, put battery voltage to the red (I think it was red) on the relay plug and it started. Ignition still on.
shut down
Checked the yellow wire (still unplugged from the relay) with the key in run, zero V, turned the key intermittent to start and I get 8.5-9V
I'm guessing that relay will not work with 9V...
All fuses are OK,
I'm only getting ~9V to the yellow wire at my relay.
Suggestions?
bad relay?
Bad ignition switch? (wipers work with it on run)
Oh yeah
I put a T-pin in the relay connector on the yellow wire, plugged the relay back in and put battery voltage to the yellow wire side of the relay and it started.
unless I have a weak relay, I have a voltage loss somewhere between my ignition switch and the starter relay.... in my opinion.
any ideas?

oh and btw, i've looked through your random parts classified ad probably a dozen times looking for something i "need". i guess you're holding onto all the good stuff! but do you know how many times i've thought to myself "hey, i think i saw one of those in the classifieds!" when I or someone else needed something
i'd need a 3 car garage to be comfortable with how much stuff i have crammed into a single...
