I'm a tall guy...6'8" and that little Jeep has a ton of room in it....one of the very few new cars I've ever been in that I didn't feel like I was squeezing myself into a sardine can! I actually had to move the seat up one position from all the way back because I was to far away from the steering wheel, and it has lots of leg room as well. The rear passenger compartment suffers a bit though with all the room afforded the driver and passenger front seats. So if you are of giant proportions and need a new car I would highly recommend the Jeep Renegade.
I have always noticed Jeeps have a habit of creating lots of headroom. I am more long-legged than long torsoed, but I notice in most imports I hit my head on the roof just adjusting the mirrors LOL

I had a VW Jetta and it had lots of headroom and legroom. It was a Diesel too. I loved that car and if it hadn't been for dieselgate I would probably still have it.
Fired up the old plow truck ['90 W-350 5 speed Cab and Chassis flat bed] for the first time since May. It wanted a fresh[er] battery, some cleaning up of the battery ends and some grounds, along with some fluids and it was ready to push some snow.
I am the only house on my road that didn't plow the several earlier storms of the winter. My thought is if we are looking at major thaw and freeze cycles within a few days after the snow storm... Plowing the snow down, will just leave me with a thin layer that then freezes up into a hockey rink, which is much worse than a several inches of frozen snow that at least has some texture to the surface. This way it can be walked and driven over more easily than flat smooth ice. The UPS driver even commented on my driveway being the best one on my road for him to be able to work with.
Once the shop roof slid into a three foot pile of wet snow that will freeze up in todays 5 F I knew it was time to fire up the old plow truck.
Tried to drive this one 5.5 hours home in pouring rain. Wiper bushing failed about ten minutes into the trip. Factory headlights were of no use! Only made it about 30 miles before it started starving for fuel. Gutted the FSS, stopped and primed it about ten times before I finally gave up and called for the trailer. 22 hours later I finally got her home. Haven’t had time to dig into the issues but looking forward it! New filters and HVLP piston pump have been ordered.
Yep, long day for sure! Yes, truck seems to be in pretty decent shape! Was running and driving great rolling up the interstate, so hopefully it’s something simple!

Ripped the old nasty carpet out and put in a rubber floor mat today. No more wet carpet from the snow on my boots. Was worried about the fit but it fit well.
How did the floor look after you got the carpet out?
So Taylorm2121, did you get dumped on? My cousin there in Greer said they had about 7" as of noon and it was drifting real bad. We only got about 2" here, bummer.

Wasn't as bad as I was expecting. No soft spots or holes, surface rust only. Here's a pic of the rubber floor mat from Auto Custom Carpets Inc. Still have some trimming to do but I'm waiting till the summer when it warms up to finish it up.

Today I'll be replacing the brake master cylinder, RR wheel cylinder, rubber brake hoses, LF caliper, all parking brake cables, and flushing the old brake fluid out.
