Lately my brain feels like that picture of the old wiring !!!! If I like the looks of your new wiring ,, maybe you could redo my ----------?? aw ,, never mind.
I just received a set of door to cab seals in the mail this morning. Got them from LMC. I've had others from Steele Rubber before and I just went out to look and compare and I would say that they are identical except the Steele Rubber ones are a lot more expensive. I've had window felts from both places too and again they look and performed identically. The one thing about window felts is I can never get them installed and clicked in like they were from the factory. They pop out in the back when you use the window crank just like peckens said. What's the trick?
Don’t know if this helped but I used a blunt punch up in the weather strip and once you get the hole lined up hit the punch with the hammer mine are staying good I had more trouble getting it fed down along the glass they anything LMC rubber was not quite the same as factory’s

Sorry I thought you were talking about the holes in the top of door we’re the rubber pops in I to have trouble with the felts popping out there just made cheaper
I was plagued with window malfunctions and door lock malfunctions until I found that the wiring harness did the same in mine. Since replacing all the wires through the door, and wrapping them up nice and tight, it's been good since.
Funny how thousands of opening and closing a door can cause havoc, eh ?
I imagine the plastic insulation gets very stiff in the cold and it may have cracked when you open the door at -50F.
Doesn't look bad. I have had to break the drums on a few donors to get stuff apart. My biggest issue is the crappy single lip wheel seal riding on axles that have half a million miles on them. I have pretty much gone with the oil bath style 2 piece on all my old junk.

My spindles are still okay at this point. Had to replace all the steel lines from the ABS modulator all the way to both Wheel cylinders. All new tubing as everything was frozen. New rear brake hose, wheel cylinders, drums, hardware kit as well.
I over-tightened the lock nuts, and I couldn't get the driver side off. Had to cut the nut to get it to back off. Ordered a set of spicer pin lock nuts for it. Hopefully I don't over tighten the new ones.
Have to either have the new studs (ordered) pressed, or go buy a new press. I threw mine out in the scrap pile last year figuring I'd never need it. It sat outside for a couple years, and was rusting badly. Oh well. Live and loin.
I use that Ni-Cop line on all my brake work. Awesome stuff
As far as wheel studs go, I've just hammered them in from the back side then used OE style lug nuts turned around backwards and drew the studs through the last big with an air impact, has worked for my for years.
driver side e brake cable is bad. This "was" a mopar part. Failed in less than 2 years. I guess mopar is cheaping out too, eh? Ordered an AC Delco cable. We'll see.
bought a stud installer. Let ya know how that works out
When I got my truck the brakes weren't so good. The pads in front were OK so I looked at the rear drums. When I got the axle out and the drum off there were NO shoes or other hardware. Just the brake cylinder sticking up there. I pulled the other side off and everything was there. I'm glad I found it before winter in KS. I don't like doing 360 deg turns in traffic.
Took out some wires out and started cleaning things up. Had to get some help but glad it's done! Ordered a wiper module today from eBay. Wipers want to work but lots of odd clicking from under the dash. Hopefully that helps. I'm getting more and more smoke out the rear lately. What do you guys think when some older diesel in front of you shoots a cloud of black out? I don't mind but I see people behind me breaking and swerving like I've dropped a mine field. 😂
