Gotta love metric, eh ?

My Yota is all metric, but it's significantly easier than the USA cars produced in the 1980's and 90's where it was a mix of metric and standard. Engines that were standard, body panels that were metric, and no rhyme or reason. Must have been a time period where they had to change over tooling, and get rid of their existing stock.

What's cool about my Yota, is that almost everything is on the "even" side of metric. 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, until you get to the bigger stuff, and then it switches to even numbered wrenches 17mm is really common on the truck, as well as 19mm.

When I had my Range Rover, the hub nut was 52 mm. I searched all over Phoenix and the biggest that I could find was a 50,so I spent a good hour with a dremel tool turning it into a 52. I still have it, but not the truck...Mark

In my old age, I am in pretty good shape, but my pants supporters are gone, other wise known as a hiney. I have a 29 inch waist and a 28 inch hiney, this is why suspenders were invented, I think. A belt only serves to push my pants down and there are no "nalgas" to keep them up...Mark

I have both too but I like to use the SAE on the metric stuff and the metric on the SAE stuff just to stick it to the man.

Same issue here. Just wearing a belt, my pants will work their way down, like some hoodlum walking the streets of Los Angeles
Flat hineys are genetically linked in my family.

Suspenders are worn by Santa, so I'm not ashamed in doing so, myself

I am getting ready to install my RR steering box, but the only part that I am short is the link from the pitman arm to the wheel. (I don't remember what it's called). What is it off of and where did you find yours? ...Mark

I figured that if I move to a constitutional carry state I would need suspenders to keep my pistol from pulling my pants down.

Or you could move to certain parts of Texas and people wouldn’t care if you had a rifle in the back window I don’t live in Texas, but there are some places that seem pretty patriotic. I just don’t know if I would move there still. I enjoy wandering on the BLM land that hardly exists in Texas. I’m not super attached to Utah though either.
