Either that the driver side is closer to the master cylinder. The guy that turned me on to the bigger WC's really seems to know his stuff. I am going to be happy to get the truck back on the road and move on to the next phase. Wanting to mount my FP, Pyro, and Boost in the 3 pod A pillar mount.

Future gauges are the trans, (maybe 2 locations and 2 gauges) pressure gauge for it. Drive pressure gauge for the exhaust. Evidently it is helpful in tuning, pressure vs heat so it will be useful in picking turbo efficiency/size. I keep seeing the DDP 60/64 turbo for towing https://powerdriven.com/products/pow...er-stock-550hp I have a 62/64 HX35 I bought 3 years ago from DAP. They no longer sell that design. Only good to 400-425 tops. That may change when I drop in the Ratman DV's. I am slowly doing 1 thing at a time to document the effects of each part and adjustment.

Right now I am only pushing 23-24lbs of boost with the H1C. I am making a water shield for my home assembled BHAF. From watching Decent Garage (his parts list my Craigslist filter) should pick up a couple more pounds of boost.

I did do a complete leak down test on the charging system. No leaks.
There is a DDP Stage1 towing head in an unopened box out in the shop. Already have a set of 60lb Cummins springs for it. Will use the factory retainer/keepers off a spare head. The head came with new valves, and the top hat valve seals. They neglected to mention on the website that they didn't lap the valves in only lapped one set of valves in my life and that was back in '77. Will be checking the valve stems/guides for play before putting in the springs.

Did not get studs. Ordered a bolt kit good to 500hp (allegedly) https://powerdriven.com/products/pow...s&_ss=e&_v=1.0

Rug_Trucker did you upgrade your rear brakes to the 3"? if you did not get new 3" you can have your stock 2 1/2" turned to the 3" it does help IMHO.

I left my phone in Nashville last night. Doing the rear brakes has been a real education. The only pics I have were posted elsewhere. Will add more tonight. We are waiting on a bearing race driver set to arrive tomorrow.

Was told by the last owner this rear had been rebuilt. The right side preload and the outer bearing did have some minor damage to the outer bearing. Horizontal streaks on the rollers. Nothing that was causing a problem........yet. I might get a pic if it is still available. Removed the cover off the diff. No markings of the ratio. However we determined it is in fact 3:54's. Yay! Ruderunner at the Cummins forum pointed out the gears were made in 1995. The tone ring has some damage. (who cares) Not sure how it happened. Pic of the diff cover magnet. Good chance the oil hasn't been changed since it was rebuilt at how many miles(?) I have put 47K on this truck since I bought it in 2007. It sat in the yard from 2011 til 2025.

Have a Mag-Hytec cover for it which is quite interesting. Going to run Hotshot Secret 85-140 "Severe Duty" in it. Didn't get the Racing formulation. The stuff is like water, and has no smell to it. As thin as it is it might add some MPG's to it. More pics tonight.

I want to say that 46 divided by 13 gives you your ratio, 3.54
