Wow! Tough crowd. 
While an amateur at TIG welding, this was my first Stainless adventure. I've learned a number of lessons.
I figure it'll hold up till it cracks at a weld. We'll see.

Keating bilit 100% aerospace spec, almost as good as NOS Mopar spec that make Cummins famous.
BC - I send you NOS 1993 Amsoil NLGI#2 grease for O-rings, never leak. You make trip up & practice install on my truck while I drink beer plz.

first pulled out old rusty leaking freeze plugs.. then get proper aircraft approved 90* scotchbrite setup... then refurbish holes to proper surface finish requirements per boeing spec... then install bilit freeze plugs after applying boe lube to orings for perfect fitment and seal integrity. fill with mopar coolant (not 100%) , then continue driving many more trouble free miles .... i see in some recent pics , where these are seeping on many trucks , do your PM guys an gals..... all aircraft approved beyond 30,000 feet
Not too bad of a job to fix. Pulling the entire assembly makes it easier to get the bushing pressed in and allows lubricating the wiper towers which really need it after all these years. I couldn't believe how difficult they were to turn before and after.
Looking good, Dave. Are you going to run dual filter elements, or wye into you stock pot filter box?
That'll take some fancy measuring and fabrication to make it not only function correctly, but to also look good.
You'd be the first, as I've never seen a system with wye'd ductwork from filter housing to turbo intakes.

David, looks great. Any worries of the 62 taking on the 140#~ of air? I haven't looked at sx-e maps I don't know how they like high pressure, so just an honest question. I'm 110% positive you did lots of math and figured it out. I like the clean install. I'm sure that down pipe is a mother!

Drive old pin out with a long drift
Hinge pin out
Door hung for hinge pin replacement

Ugh I need to do the door hinge bushings on my truck too.
Is the bottom bushing (on each hinge) put in from the underside or set in from on top like the upper bushing? I think I see it both ways among the pics?
