Class 4 roads are roughly one lane wide and the highway crews did not maintain or plow them. They are dirt country roads that wind through the woods.

I was in Poncho my mildly lifted W250 on 35s, which was a perfect choice of rig for this road. I did lock the hubs in case the mud puddles and rocky sections required 4x4, but never had to pull the lever to engage 4x4 on the trip. The road was about 10 miles long before we got back on to town maintained dirt road.

Ah, I'm getting all your projects confused... Should have double checked the title!

Still a nice way to travel regardless of conveyance - as long as it's in a Mopar!

Mopar or no car is my preferred way to roll!

It will be a couple weeks till I get the 2wd Poptop RC out.

Last week while driving at night my headlights dimmed and then got brighten a few times on the ride home.

After a bit of messing around, I sort out the 10+ year old Voltage Regulator had given up the ghost.
I finally got to use the replacement VR that has been in the glove box for the past 10+years.

I needed to charge up the battery on the trickle charger for a day and it all seems to be back to working like it should.

Seems like any more voltage regulators are hit and miss. Sometimes I think I'd have better luck buying OEMs out of a junk yard.

Having said that, I bought a blue one from Summit the last time my '77 was acting up and it was like an instant tune up. That was several years ago and farm miles ago and it's been fine ever since. I need to buy a spare to have on hand just in case...
