What happens when you lock the door manually? Also when you unlock the doors in the morning does the horn honk 3 times? Might be some one or some thin rocking or shaking the truck.

Not sure how the alarm system works, but most of them have something that will set them off if the truck is jossled, or mover. I think if the truck is not setting level it is more sensitive. When mine is parked at the resort on gravel in AZ it would not go off at night, but when I unlocked it the horn would blow 3 times like there was an attempt to get in.
Try parking in a differt location. Sorry not much help.

Mine will start honking if I accidentally hit the panic button and nothing will stop it except removing all the battery cables. Still haven't figured out what causes that.

Question

Is it the factory alarm or aftermarket.

Mine is a factory one too. If I accidentally bump the red panic button getting the keys out of my pocket, that's it for me until I get all the batteries disconnected - a real pain because I have an extra one for the crane under the bed.
