frend has a broken trans for 3rd time !
1stb time input shaft
2nd converter falure
now broke 300m input shaft and welded stator support into converter , can nor be removed from converter even chained trans to a truck and jerked it 20 times with garden tractor !
who makes a converter that will hold up ?

truck used to pull 24 ft car hauler ,with 4 wheeler and 3100lb race car and app 500 lbs other gear .

who makes componets that will holdup here ?

If your friend managed to break all that he should be looking for a bigger truck or stop driving like a maniac.

Goerend and Suncoast are two names I hear a lot. What's the total weight of trailer and contents, and total weight of truck/trailer/contents? He'll need those numbers when he calls a transmission builder.

As dguru says, a bigger truck may be needed - or a switch to a manual trans like a G56 or a Spicer.
