92 Dodge fuel shutdown solenoid

Where is exactly is the solenoid for a 1992 Dodge 250 diesel, i cant finds it anywhere!

found the solenoid, but which wire is hot, the blue wire or the black wire?
i need to hot wire it so i can get it to a repair shop

They should both be hot. The blue wire feeds the solenoid, and the black wire feeds the KSB switch via the solenoid. Just run a jumper wire from the battery to the solenoid. If the solenoid is dead you can remove it and gut it to make the truck run.
