totally love my 97 4x auto LB, but do wish I had a 5sp.
good to see your comments about liking your 97 better than 04.5
if I was to go with a newer CTD, would head for a 2003-2004.
instead of buying another 97 or 98.4 CTD to get a 5sp. may just upgrade my current TC and valve body instead.

yeah this is the same issue im having right now. i just about sold my 97 auto for a 97 5 speed toner but yeah 97's all the way...now i just have to find a 215 pump or add some lazer cut DV's to really have an even more kick a$$ motor
