I think the 510 is a 100mm, just as the 595 is a 95mm, but I could be wrong...

I want Kev to put on the S500-98 series turbo thats worth over $4k Who would have guessed that a turbo was worth that much. and its has an turbine A/R of 1.89 and a T-06 inlet flange

It flows 170+lbs/min, just imagine the ride that turbo would give ya

It would be one heck of a neat build to have it put onto your truck Kev. You would have the biggest turbo at the track thats for sure. It would put lots of stress on the crank, but its only money.

Is there any value in running dual fuel lines to the P pump? There are two inlet ports on the pump? I was looking at my 98 12v today, it sure looks like a virgin motor. I wonder if those rocker arms are good enough to rev to 6k rpm? They are pretty beefy but weigh a ton. You could build a custom rocker and put in ball bearing onto the shafts. At that point I was thinking about putting in restrictors to limit how much oil gets to the top end of the motor. Put the oil pick-up at the front of the motor, that oil pick-up line is one long mother. Stock is a rear sump.

That T-88 is 88/118 compressor and has a 0.96 A/R ratio on a T-06 flange. In english, you can build the T-88, in the tradition twin method. It doesn't look that big after all. That GT4202 would mate up pretty nicely or a S366 depending your goals. I was gonna take a picture to show you guys, but my 5in downpipe/exhaust doesn't fit mocked up with a S366. I bet that you'll have air for 1200-1400HP. Just killing time.

It seems to be common practice in big hp p-pump trucks, I think it is more for cooling then for additional fuel.

I think a 66mm charger is a far better fit for an 88mm charger then a 74mm one is. Looking at the graphs, when you run out of air with the 74mm charger, you are already halfway through the 88mm map, and like 7/8ths of the way through the peak efficiency island. Where as with a 66mm charger you are about halfway through the peak efficiency island. IMHO a 64mm charger would be best suited to an 88mm charger.

The GT3788R, is a 64mm inducer size. I'm game to try, its just time. It will an easy swap for the S475 that I have on the go, its almost a direct swap in. Just need to find more fuel and we can really find out what happens. Have to find a local truck with enough fuel to see what happens.

Finding someone with enough fuel might be the tricky part, that and a good sized external gate.

I think that I can find both the killer sized turbo and a truck with enough fuel to turn it.

I was looking at a 115mm inducer turbo and a 145 exducer for a compressor. I have a few ideas. That shaft for a S510 is a pretty heavy piece and same goes for the compressor housing. I looked at a S510-105 today. Its biggie. Might do some mix and matching of parts, to get what I want.
