Whre to install Amsoil remote bypass system?

Don't know if its different, but the tech said it was on the new trucks only. He said they duplicated the problem on trucks with normal PSI readings and it still threw a code.
He mentioned something about a version 2 they ate working on have have done....don't remember...but they are trying to sort it out.

here is how I would view this.
1. new truck, $200ish bypass filter, low oil psi, engine damage, dealer sees remote dual filter, blames the low psi on dual filter and you get stuck with a $18k bill for a new motor.
2. don't listen to the "engineers at amsoil" and listen to the people that run stuff like this in real world conditions and saying the dual filter is BAD and get the single, keep warranty, keep oil psi up and save not only $18k but your motor at the same time.
just my .02

I am telling you, based on the simple fact that the ECM only sees a 6 psi switch on the drivers side of the block that if you get a low oil psi light you have low oil psi, end of story. If had pressure but still threw a code it would happen with OEM filters, not just the dual remote.

Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Cummins Diesels
To ease installation of the BMK21 in later model Dodge pickups equipped with the 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins diesel engine, AMSOIL offers the 1/8" NPT - 1/4" JIC fitting (BP241), the Aluminum Billet Oil Fill Cap for Dodge 5.9L Cummins diesels (BK1301), for 6.7L Cummins engines use (BK1302), and the 90-degree JIC Elbow (BP242) (all sold separately). The BP241 fits onto the existing plug on top of the OEM full-flow filter mount, and the addition of the BK1301 eases the installation of the oil return line.

I swear.... Amsoil has the dumbest sales staff and tech support. First they sell me a bogus remote filter kit that they know won't work. I send it back and it costs me $15 to do so. Then I ask for a BMK21 set up for my truck and they have no clue what I need. Serious. She said, I don't know what you need. What would you like to order?
Amsoil staff are certified idiots! Guess I'll have to wait another week to install my kit.
Effin clowns that work there.

Because they don't clearly point out what you need to install on the truck. But that is irrelevant. A customer should be able to ask a SALES staff what parts they need and the SALES staff should be able to answer the questions or figure it out. It's their stuff.
That's just **** poor service. You should know your products or be able to bring it up on a computer or with tech when a customer says, give me what I need for this truck. Not say, as she did, "I have no idea what you need. What parts do you want to order?"
And what I have found out that is wrong even with the website is that the oil housing on at least my 2011 will require a BP242, not a 241. There is a clearance issue with a vertical fitting and you must use a 90deg elbow.
And another thing that irks me.... Why would they sell a Cummins cap without a BP242? That's just stupid. Yet they make you piece the **** thing together. Seems like they work in the stone age.
