Get your boost gauge hooked up so we can compare what we see. I'll be heading to work tonite at 3:30am so the roads should be wide open for a few WOT runs. I'll report back.

check that... I just remembered it's a holiday weekend and cops are out in full force looking for speeders/drunk drivers. Don't know if I'll be able to...

Alright, Got the gauges hooked up and I hit 35psi with no codes and no problem although I did have to keep my foot in it a good while before it got that high. It hits 32-33psi pretty easily but 35 seemed to take a good bit more fuel. EGTs were not bad at 1300 max and FP did not drop below 6psi (Stock canister mount LP)
I'd say the VA does boost fool......

I'll be honest though, even with these two things stacked it really doesn't feel as strong as I thought it would. I may have to try the (GASP!!) Extreme tune........

And Txwelder, I haven't tried it on this truck but I did not like the tow tune on my 07 at all. I always ran the Performance tune if I was towing. EGTs always stayed manageable. It looks like temps are great on this truck too so I am very happy....

Good to know. Gauges will be here this week so I'll know for sure how hot I'm getting.

What turbo is that (is it larger than stock)? and what level of VA did you run with performance? 70hp or 130hp???

Extreme will get too hot by itself unless your turbo can handle it.

My turbo is the stock one from a truck like yours. Not big but better than the stock 04 turbo.
I ran the VA on the 65hp setting and the Predator on the Perf. tune. Temps were actually just shy of 1300 and I kept my foot in it a long time to see if it would go higher. I didn't even bother with the high setting on the VA.......
