Ok guys, I have the following done to my truck: Predator (65hp tune), Boost Fooler, 5" TBE, and an Airaid CAI. I haven't installed the boost elbow yet. I tried the 100hp tune, the 160hp tune and now running the 65hp tune and all the most boost I can pull is 25#. I can do that with out the Predator. I was expecting around 30#. What gives?

 

Boost fooler will only stop the over boost codes on an 03. Install the elbow.

 

So it will not let the truck boost up 10#? It says that I should see 10# more boost with this installed.

 

Install a $20 adjustable elbow.....this will add 10-15 PSI, but it will put the turbo slightly out of its efficiency range.

I can hit 37 PSI now with the adjustable elbow installed.

 

Thanks D45, I have the boost elbow and I'm going to install it tommorow. I will post back with my results.

 

If its an electronic fooler, no. The HE341 WG is a manual control not electronic like the the later ttrucks.

 

Where did you get the adjustable boost elbow.
