Predator and no boost fooler.

Will the truck automatically throw a code without the boost fooler with the predator installed? If so how is that shown? Do I have to cycle the key or will it just pop up on the dash? Thanks.

You will most likely get a Check Engine Light, on the dash, for Overboost. It will stay there for a few starts of the truck and eventually go away and you have not done it again....

Well Ive had the truck since December and no dash lights. Guess I should peek under the hood for a fooler. Would it run rough without the boost fooler?

Ok so no fooler. My diablo says I have no codes. What am I losing by not having a boost fooler on my truck?

i have an 05 with a predator and no fooler and when i punch it, boost jumps to like 34 then right back down below 30 i am thinking about getting a fooler so i can get the boost to about 40 and hold it there...

not sure to go with a quadzilola fooler or this one

I don't know if there is any difference in other companies boost foolers. My guess is they are pretty much the same. I got the one from Industrial Injection when I bought my turbo from them.

What level are you running the Diablo on?

Don't want to see you melt anything important.
