Anyone using the Boost Fooler with a SC Flashpaq set up on an 06'? Any problem, CEL, ect.? Is it worth the $80.00 or what?

i have one on my 06 with bdtg with out crazy lary and dynoed it a couple of weeks ago there was another truck with the same bdtg with out the boost fooler and i made 40 more hp on the same setting on the programer i was suprized with that so i like the boost fooler

i can here that it makes a bit more noise but i just have the outlook so i dont know how mutch more boost i am making

I've got a question for ya's, If I'm making 39-40 lbs. of boost already, should I not get one for my truck?

I could hit 32 stock. Now with Quad race I can hit 42-44 and hold it.

how do you like your Quad Box compared to your SC? Are you running any cooler egts? Mine get way to high with my SC especially while towing. Looks like you were running basically the same setup.

Here's my take: S/C is strong from dead stop boosted launch(perf. mode). Quad is pretty much the same on the 100 hp setting except for egt's.
Quad is ~200* cooler. This probably has to do with the boost fooling that the quad does.
Here's What I got from some testing of bothead stop WOT to~95 mph.
Superchip (performance)- EGT's hit 1600 easily- Boost hit 32 then backed off to 28 and held.Good strong pull on top end.

QUad race:EGT's ~1400*. Boost hit 44 and held at 41-42psi. Seemed like the quad came on smoother. S/c gets the edge on top end.

I bought the quad b/c I wanted on-the-fly adj. I give quad the overall edge over S/C. Plus if you have issues, quad is always on here W great cust. service. Sorry for the long post...... hope this helps you!!!!

Does the boost fooler let you set your desired max boost, or just eliminate any stock constraints and let boost go as far as the truck will allow? I'd like to up my max psi to 40, but dont really want to go any farther on the stock turbo? Thoughts?

There is no adjustability on the boost fooler other than your right foot.
