Should have used Aerospace 303 protectant on it. Stuff is better than anything I have tried. Use once every month or two and any non metal or cloth surface on or in the truck. My dash has been in the sun(Hot Houston Sun) everyday for over two years and the dash looks as good as new. Not oily like others and is designed with high UV protection. Commercial is over now.

Do a search on here for dash replacements. Some buddy found some aftermarket one's that are plastic and matched the factory dash and just snapped on top and glued down. Only like $100-150.

Sure - it's cheap, effective & cool...

... besides, the fuzzy carpet thingy gives the chiggers another place to lay in wait

I had to put Other because I am taking a two-pronged approach to fixing it.

I bought an entire replacement dash off of Ebay to replace what is left of my current dash and I will be getting some sort of cover (haven't decided which type yet) to protect the new one.
