Boost Question?

Boost Question?
I have a 99 2500 with 100 horse injectors, 4" exhaust, AFE stage 2 intake, boost elbow, and edge drag comp box, i am only seeing 30lbs of boost no matter what setting the box is on. Is this normal? There is not too much smoke either. If you turn the bow up you can feel the different stages, it just doesnt seem like the boost numbers are where they should be. Any help is appreciated
