Was this the built Scheid 12mm pump? At $1000 less than the 14mm if it will make that kind of power I'm sold!!!

I’m trying to figure this comment out????? I was there when he turned those numbers on the dyno. I worked on his pickup right before he got up on the dyno and he gained 100hp compared to where he was at the last time he dynoed. Different dyno, but he told me that it was like having a totally different pickup when he got done going on a road test. For those of you who care his numbers are uncorrected. Really nice guy if you ask me.

Those are big numbers and kind of hard to believe. 294cc's of fuel out of a 12mm pump at least if the 1cc per 2hp thing is correct. That thing must burn clean to make that power.

I'm curious to know what GLHS meant by this also. It coud be taken as being sarcastic, or kind of insulting, or maybe I just don't know what was meant! I guess it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things, might be better to not know. Great numbers either way!

Hey Stomp, you wanna tweak my truck for me? I could do with a few extra horses!

I was at that event and must say, Toms truck is really nice. I remember him coming back from his first test drive after the tweaking. The grin went from ear to ear. I ran on the same dyno that day and my numbers were right were they had been. When you see a first gen parked at Ponci's with the hood up and Brad & Jeremy both working on it, hp is fixing to improve.

Got the truck back. Really sounds like it's going to blow up with 27 deg of timing, but it got 26mpg on the way down south going 65-70mph. Can't complain there. Anxious to see what kind of power it will put down!

Just remembered, you got the GV strapped to it. I was thinking you had a stock 727. That WOULD have been outstanding!
