removing a rad support

i need a bit of help. i need to change the rad support in my 81 and i was planing on borrowing the rad support out of my 91 for the winter while i can fix my current rust problem on my 81's rad support. now as far as i can tell i got pretty much every nut and bolt that hold rad support in other than the bolt that goes through the rubber mounts but i to got the nuts off. now what do i have to do to get the rad support out? do i have to remove the hood and fenders or is there a way to slide it out without removing the fenders. i even got the bolts that hold the wheel wells to the fenders.
thanks

it's going to be alot easier if you pull the Hood that way the pressure from weight of hood won't bend thing's you have to unbolt everything from front core support if your close to Ca pm me I can help give you a better idea .

as far as i can tell i have removed every bolt. i was just hoping i didn't have to remove the hood or fenders. i am doing most of the work by myself and if i remember correctly from the last time the hood was removed it is heavy. unfortunately i am up in Canada.

ya. shipping something that big is expensive. i am still kicking myself in the @$$ for not buying a brand new one off rockauto while they had them in stock but i did not realize how bad mine was till today. i could have bought a brand new one for about $30 and $70 shipping.

Hood should probably come off, but easy to do with fenders still on. Might try to take measurements of mount hieghts to get you closer when you start to line everything else. I got a whole set of net body mts and rad core mounts and washers came too, for about $60.

i am not too worried about the mounts. my uncle is a body man and has given me some idea's how to either fix up the old mounts or completely make my own. from the sounds of things i might be able to get my dads help to remove the hood and fenders tomorrow.
