TSB 18-037-04 what number is on tag under hood on rad support?

I has my wifes truck in for re-flash TSB 18-037-04 and just to make sure I am not getting jerked around what number is under the hood after the reflash? My service advisor told me that there was no upgrades for the truck, and I presented him with a copy of the TSB. I then asked for the service manager and spoke to him about it. He told me he would handle it. I got a call the next day and an apology from the advisor saying that the Re-flash was done he did not read the work order correctly. The truck has a sticker under the hood, that says the software was upgraded. It is located on the drivers side rad support. ( I can't quote the numbers because I dodn't have the truck today) Thanks

My tag gives the part # along with the change authority of 18.037.04 with the dealer code and date.

I dont have a tag anywhere. I looked everywhere. I just have the dealer workorder that specifies the TSB 18-037-04 and the reason it was applied.

Me too...no tag anywhere, the only proof that it was even done is on the work order.

My tag has the TSB number on it. The tech also crawled under the truck from the front and put a sticker under there somewhere but I've been too lazy to crawl under and look at what it was.

OK OK just as you "break the law" with some of your mods, I hear some techs have also on occasion failed to put that stupid little meaningless sticker on. If you are so worried that you didn't get the flash because "there's no sticker...." whats to say they didn't do the flash and just put a sticker on to make it look like they did.....NOW I gotcha thinkin Matter of fact! what about that oil change sticker............
