Not disappointed with my mileage, so I'll wait on the reflash for the time being. srh be sure to let us know what your mileage is like before and after.

Well brought in this AM for the TSB and its still there now. They gave me nothing but a hard time about it. Said they can't just do a TSB. Did I have a check engine light? Then the TSB didn't apply to my engine. Even though I showed them my serial # fell within the range in the TSB. Then it came off the internet and it wasn't a DC TSB even though it says Chrysler on it. What a bunch of bunk. If they don't do it I am going to raise holy hell. Anyway while talking to the sevice manager he said he never heard of a 600 pinging. Well I never mentioned the word so of course I jumped on him. Then he was really busy and couldn't talk to me anymore. What a bunch of phoneys.
Got mine done yesterday, picked it up this morning. First, a couple disclaimers. My previous best mileage was on the same route, but opposite direction. Was running premium #2 with Diesel Kleen in it at the time, as opposed to regular #2 with no additive. I also didn't complete the whole route, however the part I was checking to see if the truck ran the same and still smoked like it used to was similar to that already driven over, and shouldn't have affected mileage very much. Also, I've put about 3k miles on the truck since achieving the previous best, truck now has a little over 11k on it. All that being said, the previous best was 19.3 mpg, and I got 22.3 by the overhead on the way home. The TSB says about 1 mpg improvement, and better overhead accuracy. I've seen a lot of guys with the 600 say their overhead is about 2.5 off, so this could account for the indicated gain. Truck is stock other than what's in my sig, was unloaded with a full tank of fuel both times. Also, I've got the sticker indicating it was done on the crossmember the radiator bolts too, so they appear to actually have done it. I was kind of fibbing about the white smoke on start up so they would do it, however I've got it now.
EDIT: I forgot to mention, I was going North, and there is about 15mph wind out of the south today. Just want to put all the info I have in here.

I got mine done yesterday, I am seeing better mileage, but I really wasn't worried about that. I brought it in for the injector knock, not white smoke or bad mileage. The truck seems noisier than ever and now it acts like it has a miss at idle when warm. It shakes bad enough that the whole bed moves and if you've got the door open you can see it moving up and down. It's not near as smooth as it used to be and the injector knock is getting louder! HURRY UP WITH THOSE EDM'S!!!
