Angry On TSB 18-037-04 is high idle part of the reflash

I'd like to know from people who have had this reflash if the high idle is part of the reflash affect? I supposedly had mine done Tuesday and I've read from at least one other member that his high idle then worked following the reflash. I tried mine this AM and NO high idle. I'd like confirmation from some of you before I get ignorant with my dealer as right now I don't think they did a d----n thing!!! Miffed.

It has to be enabled, the tsb 18-007-04 has the instructions for them to enable it, I had the dealer enable it prior to receiving this flash and it wouldn't work but after the flash, presto, there it was.

Ok,..here's what I did,..per the instructions I've read I started the truck this AM cold. Then I pressed the cruise button and then pressed SET. Nothing happened. From what I read it should have gone to 1100rpm and then I could Accel or Coast depending on what I wanted to do. It did nothing. Would that mean a couple weeks ago when they said they had done 18-007-04 that they didn't do that or could the 18-037-04 have disabled the affect of the 18-007-04 when and if they installed it?

Enabling the hi idle is a seperate function from doing the reflash. I hadn't had the 18-007-04 flash but I had the dealer to enable it but it didn't work till after the 18-037-04.

anyone got any ideas on how to enable it? I asked my dealer about enabling it and he said that it automatically raised the idle. I asked about manually rasing the idle he said he wasnt aware of that on the new trucks, he said that that was possible with the 01 and prior, but not the new ones

It was my understanding that the old program ( including any reflashes ) is wiped out , and the new program ( which is on new build date trucks ) is downloaded
