hc1 turbo size?

I bought a used truck and I have read about all these turbo mods and was wondering how do I tell what size my turbo is. The number on it does't match the factory numbers and I was told when I bought it that it had a banks kit on it. The number on the turbo is 3531456. It does have a banks exhaust temp gauge and had a banks muffler(which is now deleted) so it had some sort of kit put on. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Banks kits don't change anything to do with the compressor mostly just a waste gate or exh housing

Does the tag on the compressor read H1C or WH1C anywhere? its a stamped in number. Pictures would help out lots, get a few real good closeups.

The compressor side is stock then. Is there a wastegate actuator sticking out toward the passenger fender? If so, it's either a 12cm or 14cm wastegated housing (the 14cm was in some banks kits). If not, it's likely the stock 21cm or 18.5cm.

Question

There is no wastgate. Did they ever change it to a 16? How can I tell what housing it is, can I measure it??????

Measuring really isn't effective, as the measurement is the cross sectional area of the scrolls at some point. It should be stamped inside the exhaust housing, but getting to it will require taking the turbo off.

If it's the stock 18.5 or 21, it should be stamped on the back of the housing (firewall side) near where it bolts to the manifold.
