Hope to have the front sheet metal off, and the motor out by Saturday. Then work a few days, and hope to start tearing the 2wd front suspension apart next week.

I saw something the other day that made me sick

I guess there is a right way and a wrong way to do things I think they were trying to remove the engine and front suspension.

The kid behind the camera don't sound too bright. Sure glad I used a plasma cutter to cut up the old frame of the donor 93. I cut up the entire frame...8 cuts like he did with the torch...in about 10 minutes.

You know how many times I have said next week

I keep finding things to do before I tear it down. I am getting closer though. the more I get done before hand the better.

What!
They torched the core support, to leave the rad. and intercooler, but remove the headlights...
Uhh the core support comes out with two bolts, once the fenders are pulled along with the intercooler and rad tubes.

Updates...

Still waiting for the sandblast guy to get my stuff done...he doesn't charge me much as long as I'm not in a hurry. I have plenty to do in the mean time. But hope to get the stuff back this week.

Got the motor out last Saturday.

Then had to work a few days. Got the front sheet metal, and all the wiring off the front end yesterday.

The cowl area was in not bad shape. Few small cracks starting, but not bad.

So tomorrow I start drilling out rivets. Hope to have all the cross members out by tomorrow evening.
