4 door cummins powered Ramcharger build
The work you have done is amazing and I love 12v but for the creature comforts with that much work why not go for a common rail to really keep the noise down in the cab as well a dash from a 4th gen, backup sensors, camera, etc ........ just thinking
I restored a 68 Coronet convertible many years ago. Was a very rare car, 1 of 64 produced, and was rusty. I sunk $35K into metal work and a show car paint job. I was so bummed out from the cost that I put the car in the garage under a cover for almost 2 years before finally starting the rest of the resto.
When I built my crew cab I insulated and sound proofed the heck out of it and it's pretty darn quiet. Besides this will have 4th gen longhorn power heated and cooled seats, back up camera via a edge CTS2 etc

Simply T&M. If you can't afford it, you aren't getting the work done there. Simple as that.
Either way, this is looking like one sweet ride.
Wow,
Looks great, and I'm so jealous....
Don't forget to address the "Cowl Crack" issues before you spray that body. Hate to see you go through all that, and then have them crack like they all do.

Great looking work they are doing.
The way the roof is gusseted up, i the cowl cracks might be less of an issue.
Almost all the 4x4 1st gens I have taken the fenders off of have had cowl cracks, even my '89 cream puff 2wd Ramcharger tub has them.
I still need to address those before re-assembly starts on the front end of the Gauntlet project.

My 82 w350 crew cab didn't have any cracks either. The 600k 1992 w250 donor had very small ones.
