4 door cummins powered Ramcharger build
Looks like they did a good job stitching you back up....should heal up well. The nerve damage will repair itself to some degree....but might not get it all back.
Been there, done that. I think they knew me by first name basis at the ER for a while. I've had a lot of stitches in about every appendage, but fingers are the worst especially in cold weather. Good luck, heal up quick, and Gin is a great pain killer.
thanks, I should of sent the front clip for bodywork and prime too. Oh well I'll probably bang it up and bit taking it on and off
thanks I'm looking forward to it too, this power wagon is kicking my butt though. Everytime I take something apart I find more problems, terrible workmanship and missing/misrepresented parts. Sounds familiar hey?

Finding the free time is the killer.
Yeah that does sound familiar, my buddy and I where joking about changing the name of my '89 RC project I bought half way built from Moonshine to "Hand Tight". I was in a bit of a funk after finding all the missing parts, loose bolts and stuff ready to fall off it and figured It was time to just throw down the gauntlet and fix it all…Therefore the new name! I gotta get back on that project if I want to drive it next year...

Dam that looks awesome! I agree, take it down to the frame. Many times you'll find a small pin hole around the rear windows of the RC's. After rain gets in the entire thing is way to far gone.
If you get a chance you should post up how to remove the trim and rubber from the RC windows. Is the trim just glued on?

unfortunately it was a glass guy I paid $60 to remove them, ramcharger central might have some more insight into how to do it though. I'll see what I can find
There is a good write up by "Mad Max" over there on RCC about rear window removal. It discussed removing the rear back side windows on a '81-'93 Ramcharger, using a different gasket and being able to pop them in and out easily for fresh air style driving. It was on his rig called "OXX" a clean 12V auto 4x4 powered '92/'92 Ramcharger, IIRC.
