haha no, was able to dodge that bullet! Just been busy with work, kids and farming. Did manage to almost get my old barn restored this summer though. Wanted to really get a jump on that before the weather turns

OH MAN, I still have that job in front of me, it is not going to be fun but I see it out of 1/2 the windows in my house and it is over 100 years old so it has got to be done.

That’s where I was too, my barn is 110yrs old this year and was to the point where something had to be done

Very nice upgrade there, Gyman. Did you skin over the barn yourself?

Thank you, yes I did other then having a couple friends help with some of the roof sheets. Went through about 9 rolls of flat stock so far brake shaping all the flashings

Yeah it did! Gyman, you have access to a sheet metal brake, or have one in your shop? Pexto? Chicago?

For the light gauge stuff like that I have a 10ft Tapco portable brake, for the heavier gauge stuff I have a powerfist which is sold by princess auto (Canada’s version of harbour freight) it’s a 40” and required a bit of reinforcing and reengineering to make it usable
