I got a boost guage for christmas, but it did not come with any instructions. I need to know where the boost line connects to boost source. Can anyone help me. Mine is a '97 ,5 speed.Thanks.

This is on a 1st gen, but I think it'll give you an idea of where to look. There's a hex-head pipe plug there on your truck now, just pull it out and put the fitting from the boost gauge in there.

On my 95 there is a plug I used just in back of the injector pump on the manifold. Don't know if yours is the same place.

Well, on mine there is a plug on the manifold,at the pump, towards the back of it, at about the 5th line back. It is in front of the air intake horn. I guess I'll try it.

It used to be on TST's website in their gauge install instructions, luckily I copied it to my photo gallery here before TST removed it.
