Settling in here, figured I share a few photos of work, anyone else can join if they want!

Shot a little yesterday, and has a dust storm in the process. That dust is hell on maintenance.

Interesting Pictures. You are braver than I am, and thank you. What are the rings around the gun for? Are the sandbags there as a heads up to folk to stay out of the area?

Yes it is! Half the weight of the old 155s, titanium alloys, only weighs 10k.

Thanks everyone for the wishes. Just doing a job, we were calibrating then, no one on the receiving end except some camel spiders probably.

The frog feet looking things are spades, which dig in and keep the gun from sliding back, we shoot in many different directions here so to speed up the process have that ring, we can spin the gun, drop spades right in front of them then pile more sandbags. Even with the gun still recoils a good three feet, bad dirt here, too hard to dig in.
