Hey Phil<br>There is a place about two miles from me that is called The Buffalo House and they do serve REAL buffalo!!

 

You can get buffalo in Traverse City, too. A local family that owns a grocery store chain has a buffalo ranch. They do a cook-out fund raiser every spring for the local community college: buffalo barbeque.

 

Enjoy the Cummins displays et all.<br><br> However, skip the buffalo and get the REAL wings while you're there. Caution - don't order the super hots unless you enjoy pain.<br><br>Bill
