So it looks like:

Brian....as host

Jason....Clutch project

Me...(with Jared).......Brakes all around, new front rotors, Turn rears, bleed brake lines

RJ......crossover steering/fluid shifting thing

Max....making Taters and welding on exhaust

Schoolbus....maybe

Augustus....new guy!

Tyler.......maybe working on P-pump?

Charlie and Justin definately out. Mike and Matt prob out.

What about Austin's Dodge and Rob?

I prob won't spend the night but I will stay till at least midnight if anybody is still up. Then me and Jared will hit the road, unless im stranded because of a brake problem...

I'd like to get some shooting in....especially for Jared....Sat. late afternoon. I gotta get the rear rotors turned....in town somewhere most likely.

And should I plan on bringing my Grizzly?

My exhaust has turned into just doing a little welding on the tip so it's a easy task. Robbert we will be able to knock those brakes out quick. you may want to bring some jack stands since the clutch project uses 4 or so. and I do not know how many Brian has available.

I have 4 or 5 or something like that at the shop... So I think we should be covered!

Replaced the heater core and evaporator in the 96 yesterday... 3.5hrs!! Not too bad (patting self on back) pulling the dash out of the way is really easy!! Was very surprised to say the least... Had a little extra time in a trip to HD so about 4hrs project time total... Heater core was rotted out (stupid design) and evaporator was crazy clogged.. will psot some pics! Heat was awesome this am!!

Anytime I have to deal with the dash, I always fear it just falling apart in my hands. Ever since my truck ended up staying outside a couple of years ago, the dash has gotten brittle quick. Not sure I even want to try to pull the black bezel off at this point.

But Dodge does know how to make heat. I usually keep mine on the first red mark when it's cold out and that's enough heat for me....it's even enough for my wife who is always cold. When I turned it up any further, even she commented out it being too hot.

I agree!! The first mark or maybe 2 on red and that is all I can stand. The heater in my truck will roast you out.

I feel ya on the cracked dash... the 01 definitely had its share... But, would you believe that the 96 with 250k miles doesn't have a single crack?? (knock on wood!)

Was the 96 kept in a garage? Or from an area not around here?

As long as mine was kept in the garage, the dash was great. Not a single sign of any cracking. After being parked outside in the driveway for a year, I had a crack by the defrost vent and the bezel started getting brittle.

Now that she'll finally have a garage to stay in again, I'll have to see how bad things have gotten and if there are any ways to fix it up (instead of hiding it under a dash mat)

My BLACK truck sits outside everyday...always has and with no shade. It won't fit in the garage even w/o the Ranch hand.

The dash is fine. You have to cover it with a dashmat if you want to protect it. Sure they look gay, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Armor all will just make it much worse and really absorb heat and crack it.

I've heard this for yrs but.... I wonder!
I'm not a chemist but neither are the people reporting, as far as I can tell.
Just too many shops and people have used it for too many yrs for it to have problems. JMO

Hey guys it's been awhile. I have been very busy at work. This is the first time I've seen the new site, thought I was in the wrong place at first. I have to work all weekend but I might try to swing by for a few minutes tomorrow.
