They don't effect the ride aired down and not loaded. I just got back from a trip to Arkansas and forgot to air them down after dropping off the trailer, so mine rides a little rough but no big deal. And, I can lose some air in about 30 seconds.....I just haven't done it since the last trip. I can have a quad in the bed of the truck (600lbs) and the trailer tongue weight (1800lbs) and level the truck perfectly or even "raise" the rear higher than stock with the bags. I have pacbrake airbags but im sure firestones and others will all work equally well. I think they are a must have for heavy haulers........especially if you pull a heavy tonque weight bumper pull trailer where all the weight goes into the last half of the spring pack instead of equally distributing it in the middle like on a goose neck or 5th wheel.

Not just tires going crzy on prices! A customer of mine (John Deere dealer) said their prices have changed @ 3 months for last yr.

I needed a new 'Crankcase Breather Canister' when mine cracked and leaked.
It's just an injection molded piece of plastic with steel wool type stuff inside.
-Dealer said retail was $98.00. ... but would sell for $78.00
-Graham International (Cummins repair station) quoted $68.00
-Luckily found a Junk Yard in Bokchita, OK (15 miles east) that had two 24v 2nd gen engines in his barn..... sold cannister to me for $25.00

All these price increases.... food, gas, parts, etc. are what happens when goverment prints an extra trillion dollars with no gold behind it.

$20.00 off the $305.00... or that's how you got to $305.00?
I had BFG A/T's before. Quiet, quality tire. Only complaint is they don't clear well (at all) in mud.

You think?
I can't see how this inflation fits in with his "income redistribution".... or how it helps his precious lower class. They eat as much as we do so they have to spend higher % of income for food than most?? Maybe we will get another 'Executive Order" for the issue of lots more food stamps?
Don't seem to need laws passed to spend federal money anymore! (End Rant).

Speaking of which............. I was down by the Spring Valley Rd barrio area yesterday, and what do you think is in a new building in the middle of the shopping area? A brand new WIC office in an area know for illegals!

We just have to keep telling everyone who'll listen why not only Obama's regime must go, but the rest of the "ruling class" as well... that includes many of our Republican politicians.

Otherwise, most of us are gonna be joining the precious lower class... and probably shopping with WIC to boot (though I've already decided my fallback position will be Little Ceaser's doggie pate' - that stuff smells better than most of the home-cooked meals I've had )

20 off of 305. 285 a piece plus a 50 dollar rebate. So I payed roughly 272 per tire.

Good price! Keep your previous BFG's. I'd love a 35" spare!

I was in their "Engine Barn". Probably 60 engines sitting on the floor.
I asked if they had the bodied somewhere else? He said no!

Sorry Rowland I didn't even think about keeping one for you. I got a good spare out of the previous set and had trouble getting rid of the other 3 so I let discount keep them this go round.

Just curious if anybody knows of a set of rims/tires (preferably new) take offs from any year Honda Rancher ATV? I bought Jana a used 2004 Rancher last year..........runs great but the tires are getting old and one of the rims is bent, causing it to wobble some. (it has been wrecked but I knew that when I bought it) The tires all hold air but I'd like to replace the whole set with new rims/tires...preferably in chrome. Lot's of guys replace them with aftermarket wheels/tires, so if you know of some newish stock, set of takeoffs, please let me know. Thx.

Lost mine on Sunday. Slow leak....only after warmed up.... made it home with no trouble; radiator down about 3".
It's the factory water pump so can't complain too much, with it lasting 210,000 miles.

Looked it up.... about the easiest mechanical R+R on the Cummins, IMO.
I understand the 3rd Gens have lots of problems with their pumps?
Are they still mounted on front of the engine next to the belt tensioner?
Anyone else had to replace their 2 gen pump.... Charlie, Justin, Wayne?
