Smarty w/ edge comp box help

I just got my smarty today and hook it up. followed the instructions and went out for a test drive. I downloaded #8 catcher without timing because I am running the comp box. The throttle became very sensitive but would fall on its *** over 2000 rpm. What program would be best to download with the comp?

I've run all the even SW's with my comp and all will pull hard above 2000 rpm. With the comp alone you shouldn't de-fuel until around 2700. And the Smarty itelf will fuel beyond that to around 3000, Have you tried the Smarty or comp by themselves?

I've had the comp for awhile now. My truck was faster with just the comp! I'm thinking I need to try something else, maybe i need to download timing to, but i figure the comp would take care of that part. Or maybe I need to unplug something from the comp box any suggestion and or how are u runing your set up

The first thing I would want to know is how much fuel pressure do you have ?

With my SMarty on #2 i still have hard pull at higher speeds. For some reason it seems that guys make higher horses with the Smarty at lowest even number and COMP all the way up.. I have heard on numerous occasions that SMarty and COmp high kills top end HP

I downloaded #5 catcher with timing and it does pretty good on that setting with the comp but I went ahead and ordered a HTT killer B2!! An upgrade that is going to happen sooner or later no matter what. I need to install a fuel pressure gauge though, I wish I had gotten that instead of the trans temp. Hopfully the bigger turbo solves the problem, next is coming a set of injectors, hot rod vp, new torque converter and rebuild my valve body
