I am just now starting to learn about this, does anyone here have a Meth/water setup and does it work good? is that the greyish white smoke you see on the pullin' videos before the black stuff?

 

I've set up and tuned a water meth system on a truck on our dyno and will say it worked great. It was a 03 Dodge auto that I squeezed a set of our twins into and it made 590hp and never broke 1250 degs even after a dozen back to back hard loaded pulls.

If you want a lot of info on the water/meth, contact Jim Fulmer as nobody has done more testing on the Dodges then him.

I would just just install it and test it for boost and stay at the recommended level, as far as the hit when it comes on, it doesn't hit like N2O so I doubt it would be a big deal, now having said that if your at 500(which is too much for a 40) and add water/meth and it pushes you to (lets say) 570 then the turbo is yours and you should be running Twins at that level....remember I started this rat race at 450 with Twins.

I am currently at 430 rwhp.. I am just looking to cool my EGTs while racing ( I can bury the pryo with DDII) I am on my way to twins.. just don't have the funds right now.
