Got the 150/150 system today! Asked the guy at the shop today about the new 6year warranty on them, and he said that as far as he knows, they're only a 4year. I opened the box up, and the warranty slip said 4 year on it yet. Am I stuck with a 4 year warranty, or is it automatically upgraded to the 6?

 

mine came with six year its probly just the old info in the box.

when did the 6yr warranty go into effect. ive had mine on for less then a yr and mine said 4yr warranty in the info i sent in.

 

We started the 6 year wnty at the start of '07. BUT the good thing is its retroactive to the start of the new motors. (FASS 150 Series 4293 and newer). SO anyone that had 4 year paperwork on file with us since that number...automatically got upgraded to a 6 year. Check out the details in the noise update thread….link in my sig….

SO just send in that paper with a copy of your sales slip and we will get you registered.

Hi Dan. My serial number is 292 on my 150/95. How do I make this one quieter without going without my FASS for 2 weeks. I never got my registration card back from NADP because they said don't worry about it, they will cover any repairs. That's all fine and dandy but does that mean I'm registered and do I get the 6 year??

 

i never got a registration card back either. i sent my paperwork in and copy of sales reciept.

 

You have a 95/150-1008. As per our records, you only have the initial one year wnty on the pump because the paperwork was never sent in on it. If NADP wants wnty the pump beyond that....we have nothing to do with that and its on their dime at that point. It is very clearly stated in the paperwork that we need the copy sent in for the wnty extension to be honored. I might suggest calling them and discussing this with them.

Our wnty sheets are packed in the box. It should have been in with the instructions and owners manual at the very top of the box. You don’t get them back. They go on file here in our hard copy folders. Along with an electric backup on the computers.

 

oh i figured i would have got a registration card back to show i was in ur system.
