V-10 was killed by the govt. DC basically couldn't advertise such a "gas pig" and it was phased out. We had several customers custom order V-10's as they new they were out in mid 03.

Which makes it even stranger that Ford still has a V-10, with much smaller displacement, and Chevy still has that monster 8.1 L V-8... The Hemi just can't compete with these engines in the HD truck line.
