Charlie, I want to replace this pump something terrible but I can't afford to and I don't wanna replace it until it gives me some sort of symptom other than the low numbers and cruddy mileage. A single dead pedal or miss or hesitation or stutter. Something.

Kinda like me.............I just don't want to be stranded.
Two of those normal driving and a wonderful 12.3 pulling around 15k... This new fuel sucks...My best tank ever (with just a VA box) was a tad over 26!! what happened to those days?? Heck I'd even take the 17-19 I was getting towards the end of last year...
Id take 17... My last 3 tanks have been below 15!!!

Man...What has happened to you 2nd gens guys fuel mileage????? You, Charlie and Tyler have all lost mileage??
Mine has gone up lately to about 18-18.5! I have been reading where Marco is seeing an improvement in the mileage on the new "Smarty Hot" beta version in the 22+ range on these old heavy, formerly thirsty 3rd gens.
I am truely sorry to hear ya'll losing mileage. This fuel sure isn't getting any cheaper! (but gasoline has passed us up again though)
