That guy just isn't having any luck lately. Hopefully its something cheap and simple. Did he ever get that new LP on? I'll call him tonight. Are you still coming?

I'm still going. If we can run our own trucks on the dyno, I'd consider it. If its another operator driving, then I'll just spectate. Hopefully, I'll have to deak off the highway around Ponoka on the way up and unload some 460 parts in exchange for cash. Do we want to make that a pitstop, or shall I just catch up to the group later?

I should be there, is there a weight limit on the rollers?

If not, I may run if there is room?

I'll be there around noonish.

Talked to Dave tonight and he got it running. We think it was bad fuel from CENTEX that gelled ,apparently the husky down the street has had a few complaints about the centex fuel. He wasn't sure yet if he was going to try the trip or not. He got the lift pump in a couple of weeks a go but it didn't help it still revs up abit and the egt's go to 400 at idle. We think it may be a leaky injector. He is going to try a set of 215's that VT has from the F/L.

Good to hear about Dave. Called him about 10 minutes ago, no answer. Be interesting to see what a set of 215's would do for him. He already gave Jason a good run for his money on the rollers. 7hp shy with basically the same mods, but with a small pump.

Also talked to Mike tonight. He fried the ECM in his truck, so he's out. He said the next outing we have he'll be at. So I guess we should start the planning.

Yes he did give a good run, but the operator only had to hold his foot to the floorpan and give'r . Excuses, excuses eh....LOL... really I was impressed with how well Daves rig ran, smooth power and nice curve. If he has bigger squirters, I think his EGT gauge will be more like mine. One second 800, the next 1500.
