Alberta Dyno and GTG
sure sounds like a good split up. for cost. Hows the width for duallies? on 35's?
I'm bound to have a better showing than 242 this time.........the amount of black I'm laying thinks so anyways

What time does this thing kick off that day??
Its lookin very promising that I'll show up and I'll do the dyno as well. It won't be pretty but at least I will get to see what my base line is. I have a buddy that might bring his 03 to the show and put it on the rollers as well depending on when this event starts.

$5-10 for the food would be more than reasonable. That would leave about $60-70 per guy on the dyno. Not outragous considering the venue I would say.
If you can drive it yourself, I would try the rollers again. Or I have to take the operator for a little test drive first.
Swampy, I always carry my tools.. We could do the lever in the lot if you want. With the #100 plate it shouldn't be that tough to adjust.

Bring on the ford! Be glad to have you there. Thanks for the info on the dyno, I kinda figured that it must be a pretty good one, Mike told me that it was rated for 1200 hp. Ram can you get us a exact location for them, I just know they are on winterburn road.
As for start time,Im thinking 9 am,, maybe meet in a nearby restaurant for breaky before that, could you maybe check on whats available that way to please ram
Thanks so much

So i wont find out until like a week before hand if i can come. It looks good so far but u never know. Things change in a minute. Hey Morkable, That dyno might be rated for high HP but what kind of torque can it handle. Im sure its more than some of us can put down but im kinda curious.
Dodger, that is a good question, Im sure though it must handle quite a bit, he didnt bat an eye when i told hime that it was all diesels. BTW let me know if you cant make it so I can make other arrangements on that stuff we were talking about

I keep hearing about the driveability differences between the 12v and the 24v trucks. Never been in a 12v for any length of time, so I have no idea how my truck is gonna react once the next big project begins.
Ya for sure. i will let you know. if we have time, i could also install it while we r there. I can do this in under an 2 hours if the weather is nice. Super easy. If n e thing, u dyno first and then again last to see if it makes a difference on ur truck.Im pretty sure ill make it, but well have to see for sure.

. are we looking for more trucks i could talk to some guys but they might not have a cummins under the hood.
