Alberta Dyno and GTG
Lil Dog,
I was overfueled and under turbo'd.... That is why I did not even look at how high my egt's got! LOL I kinda think they got toasty, I saw it melting snow and steaming on the 30 foot extention pipe in the parking lot!
Thinking about trying the dyno with a #100 or #0 plate and some water meth this time. See if that makes any more zoom zoom.

Yes, I was not overfueled to that degree, however, the operator had the pedal feel of an import driver.. ON-OFF-ON-OFF. umm, you can use part throttle and drive by the boost gauge ya goof!!! Whatever, there wasn't enough time in the day to school em..
Ok guys it is all booked, a place called sub performance, it is on winterburn road in edmonton. The price is 1400 for the day, we will split it up when we get there (that price includes everything, food, pop, and dyno time.) Let me know how you want to split that up. I think we will end up somewheres around 15 trucks on the dyno. We have the whole shop for the whole day too, I am also going to see what Barry might do for us too.

Count me in as well, dont know if the old fargo has it in her to run on the dyno but I look forward to the GTG.
Im going to bring a potential new member with me as soon as we get his getrag replaced with the NV4500. Look forward to seeing all of you there.

Kevin,,
ps, please all chime in as to what everyone thinks will be the best way to split up this so that it is fair to everyone

When you say we have the "whole shop" for the day, does that mean we can pull a truck or two in to a bay and tinker on em if the weather is to frigid outside? Our own tools etc of course. Probably a liability issue.
I wouldn't mind throwing in a #100 plate with some coaching on how to do the governer lever adjustment. Might do it myself before the dyno day though...

As for dividing up the 1400 bones...... I have no idea! 5 bucks or so for the guys who are going to BS and pig out! LOL The rest divided up by the guys running on the rollers.
Unless there are lots of guys dynoing. 20+ then who cares about the spectators. Lunch will be on the dyno queens!!!!!! Just one Donkey's goofy thoughts.

I`ll likely have too pass on this one unless something durastic happens. My rig is scheduled to be shipped out to Marianna Lakes around the tenth so I won`t likely be around at that time.To bad ,it would be a GOOD time again...........Kev.
I guess it depends on how many trucks are there I guess. $5 for the spectators seem fair for food and drink. Maybe $10 if they go all out on the food!
Anything planned for after the dyno event? Go grab some food? Everyone cleared out pretty fast in Olds.
I would like to see something happen after,, but it might have to be a spur of the moment thing. I like the idea of 5 to 10 for the eaters, and then split the rest for the dyno guys. Works for me if it works for you guys
