Grinding

I have a terible grinding noise when I release the accelerator pedal at highway speeds. It only seems to do it when I'm free wheeling and seems to go away if i push the clutch pedal in or shift to neutral. Any suggestions would be a big help thanks allot oh I have 79,000 miles at this point.
