Engine stumble after Superchips install

Installed my superchip microtuner today on safe-tow. wide open run it will not stumble. when accelerate at about a 1/4 pedal it stumbles at 2200 RPM and then comes right back. What could cause this? I have not gotten a EGT gauge yet and don't plan on running hard until do you think I am safe to even have it programmed in truck? I have a hand held infra red temp gauge i planned on checking the pipe 6" below turbo what temp difference would be from internal and external?

Have you checked for codes? Are you getting any? 0216?

Maybe go back to stock, quick test drive, if it's gone, reload Superchips?
(That is just a guess)

No FP Guage yet. I noticed this stumbling the first day I installed did it twice and not when I was running hard just taking off from light gradually. Since then it has not done it again which is a good thing. I will keep you posted on any more stumbling.

Just checked for codes through odometer. Had a 1694,1693, and a 0216 this truck only has 55,000 miles on it if the injection pump is ready to go out I would classify this truck as a piece of sh##! Any suggestions? could the Superchips possibly caused these codes? Tomorrow I will unload the Superchips and check for codes again.
