have 2000 3/4 4x4 auto, installed a superchips micro max 3705 and adjusted tire size for truck. install went perfectly and took truck for a drive around the block- all went great. had aa huge grin on my face with the new difference in the truck. next morning- i went out to start truck and let run for a few minutes to warm up and when i came back out i had a c.e.l. on ......hmmmm....pulled out programmer and pulled the codes and came up with a p0238 code. didresearch on this site and found info, pulled boost sensor and cleaned it and checked plug. put it back and cleared codes, started up again and light stayed on. i hooked up the scanner and pulled codes, cleared codes and ran diagnostic a second time and the code did not erase. i unplugged the code reader and took out keys, hooked reader back up and went through the sequence again and the code was still there. a bit odd i thought. any thoughts on this? truck is 2000 3/4 4x4 auto with 4'' straight exhaust, bhaf, running 15 lbs fuel pressure. truck seems to be running ok but lacks *****. just doesn't seem to have pulling power like it should. is this just the boost sensor throwing truck into "limp mode"?

new sensor installed, truck runs fantastic. huge difference with programmer installed, if anyone needs one- got mine at m&d diesel in san antonio tx for 60 bucks. new cummins part and works perfectly, on a side note- the old one i pulled out was much larger than the new one. plug was the same but new sensor was smaller than original, parts guy was baffled by it also. anyway- runs great and loving the extra power on the go pedal.........
